Your/Our Luminescence

Composed as part of Composition Workshop at SFCM, we are given a hypothetical video game brief with temp music, emotional intensity maps, and feedback sessions from a representative from Sony. From conception, to mock-ups, a few composers are selected to be recorded at Sony Studios in San Mateo. I was one of the 11 composers chosen for the Fall ‘19 semester, and Your Luminescence is the piece that came of it. This is the love theme, and was chosen for the Spring ‘20 semester to be one of the Thematic Pillars of the game.

Our Luminescence is was done in Spring ‘20, and was composed as the main theme for the Luminous game, alongside others. It utilizes themes from other compositions that were selected as the thematic pillars. This track was recorded remotely. Both mixed by Seira McCarthy.
